What is your minimum order quantity?
Unit 1. We support trial orders and small quantities, especially for new partners.
What can you buy from us?
We supply new vehicles and used vehicles from China, including fuel cars and new energy vehicles. We help buyers select models based on budget, market demand, and local usage conditions, not just what is available.
What brand do you have?
Toyota, BYD, Jetour, Voyah, Great Wall, Geely, GAC, Chery, etc.
Can I mix different models in one order or container?
Yes, mixed-model orders are accepted. We will help optimize container loading to save on shipping costs.
How are prices quoted?
Prices are quoted per vehicle on FOB or CIF terms for your destination port. Shipping fee and delivery date are negotiated for each order. Request a quote for current pricing.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice before you pay. Discuss your preferred terms with your sales manager.
Shipping & delivery
What is the delivery time?
In-stock vehicles: shipment can be arranged within 10 working days after payment. Custom or specific models: delivery time depends on sourcing and preparation. Please contact our sales team for a confirmed timeline.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally, including the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and more.
Do you ship by Ro-Ro or container?
Both. We recommend Ro-Ro or container shipping based on your port, quantity and budget. See the export process.
Will I see my vehicle before it ships?
Yes. At each milestone, you will receive a photo or video confirming the status of your vehicle.
Vehicles
Are the vehicles left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD)?
Most vehicles are LHD. RHD models can be supplied upon request, depending on availability. China-market Toyota Siennas are left-hand drive.
Is the Toyota Sienna a plug-in hybrid?
No. The China-market Sienna is a self-charging hybrid (HEV) with a 2.5L petrol engine and electric motors. It never needs to be plugged in.
Do you supply used Toyota Siennas?
Yes. We source inspected used Siennas — see used Toyota Sienna export.
Does the factory warranty apply in my country?
The China factory warranty applies to vehicles registered in China. Ask our sales team how after-sales support and spare parts are handled for your market.
