Export Process: From Inquiry to Your Port
- 01
Inquiry
Send the model year, trim, drivetrain, colour, quantity and destination by WhatsApp, email or our form. Not sure which Sienna? Tell us your budget and use — we recommend options.
- 02
Communication & quotation
A sales manager confirms availability and sends an FOB or CIF quotation. Shipping fee and delivery date are agreed with you for your specific port and quantity.
- 03
Order confirmation
Once you accept, we issue a proforma invoice (PI) stating vehicle details, price, Incoterm, payment terms and expected timeline. The order is confirmed when payment is received per the PI.
- 04
Inspection
Vehicles are inspected before export. You receive photos or video of your actual vehicles. If you need an independent third-party inspection, tell us at quotation stage so it can be arranged.
- 05
Shipping
We handle export customs clearance and loading by Ro-Ro or container. In-stock vehicles can ship within 10 working days after payment; other vehicles depend on sourcing.
- 06
After-sales service
Shipping documents are released for your import clearance. Our team remains available for questions after delivery, including future orders and parts requests.
FOB or CIF — which should you choose?
Both are Incoterms® rules published by the International Chamber of Commerce. Under FOB (Free On Board) our price covers the vehicle delivered on board the vessel at the Chinese port; you book and pay ocean freight and insurance. Under CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) we also arrange ocean freight and minimum insurance to your destination port. In both cases, import duties, taxes and port charges at destination are the buyer's responsibility. See the official ICC Incoterms® rules.
Ro-Ro or container shipping?
Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off) vessels carry vehicles driven on board — practical for larger quantities to ports with regular Ro-Ro services. Containers protect vehicles from weather and handling and can carry mixed cargo; several vehicles can be loaded in one container using lashing or loading frames. We recommend the best option for your port and quantity in the quotation.

Which documents do you receive?
Export documents typically include the following. Exact requirements depend on your destination — tell us what your customs broker needs before shipment.
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading (B/L)
- Certificate of origin (when required by the destination)
- Vehicle documents such as the vehicle certificate
How long does it take?
In-stock vehicles: shipment can be arranged within 10 working days after payment. Custom or specific models: delivery time depends on sourcing and preparation. Ocean transit time depends on the route — your sales manager confirms the full timeline in writing.
