How Much Does It Cost to Import a Toyota Sienna Hybrid from China? (2026 FOB & CIF Price Breakdown)
The landed cost of a Sienna has six parts. Here is what each one covers, who pays it under FOB and CIF, and what to send us for an exact quote.

Short answer: the cost of importing a Toyota Sienna is the vehicle price plus logistics to your port plus the taxes and fees of your country. The first two are on our quotation; the third depends entirely on your destination. Vehicle prices change with trim, model year, condition and market supply, so we quote each order individually rather than publishing a price list.
What makes up the landed cost?
| Cost component | What it covers | Included in FOB? | Included in CIF? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vehicle price | The Sienna itself, by model year, trim, colour and condition | Yes | Yes |
| China-side logistics & export clearance | Transport to the port, export customs, loading | Yes | Yes |
| Ocean freight | Ro-Ro or container to your port | No | Yes |
| Marine insurance | Cover during the sea voyage | No | Yes (minimum cover) |
| Import duties & taxes | Customs duty, excise, VAT, recycling fees — country-specific | No | No |
| Destination costs | Port charges, clearing agent, certification, registration, delivery | No | No |
What decides the vehicle price?
- Model year — the current 2027 Sienna and 2026 Sienna sit above earlier years.
- Trim — ten factory trims run from Comfort to Platinum; Platinum adds a rear screen, HUD and JBL audio.
- Drivetrain — E-Four AWD trims are priced above FWD versions.
- Condition and mileage — used 2023 and 2024 cars lower the purchase price.
- Quantity — fleet orders allow better planning; discuss bulk pricing with Kunta.
FOB or CIF: which gives the lower total cost?
Under FOB, our price ends when the Sienna is loaded on the vessel in China; you book freight and insurance with your own forwarder. Under CIF, we arrange freight and insurance to your port. CIF is simpler for first orders; FOB can be cheaper if you already have a forwarder with good rates on your route. Both are ICC Incoterms® rules.
Shipping fee
Shipping fee and delivery date are negotiated for each order, because they depend on your port, quantity, and Ro-Ro or container choice.
How do Ro-Ro and container shipping compare?
Ro-Ro is efficient for larger quantities to ports with regular vehicle-carrier services. Containers protect vehicles during transit and let you combine different models in one shipment — we help optimise loading so you pay for less space.

Which destination costs should you budget for?
Import duty, excise, VAT and other fees differ by country and can depend on engine size, vehicle age and powertrain. Some markets also require certification — for example EAEU conformity in Russia and Kazakhstan, or SABER conformity in Saudi Arabia. Ask your customs broker for an estimate based on the Sienna's 2.5L petrol-hybrid powertrain.
How do I get an exact quote?
- Choose a model year and trim — or tell us your budget.
- Give the quantity and preferred colours.
- Name your destination country and port.
- Choose FOB or CIF.
